Information for Tech Upgrade
Online and Mobile Banking Users
Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from May 2nd to May 6th.
On Monday, May 6, you will be able to log into the new online or mobile banking system using your existing username. Your temporary password will be your existing username plus the last four digits of your social security number.
Example:
Username = Existing User ID (ex. johnsmith)
Password = Existing User ID + Last 4 TIN (ex. Johnsmith1234)
After you have logged in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password and security questions. You will be available to login using Online Banking or the Mobile App.
Mobile Banking users will be required to uninstall the current app and reinstall the new Mobile Banking app. The new app will be available on Monday, August 23, in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Quicken and Quickbooks Users
This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.
Please reference the Quicken or Quickbooks instructions below based on the type of Intuit software you are using.
The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates.
1st Action Date: May 2, 2024
Complete a data file backup and final transaction download by May 2 to update all transaction history. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be immediately available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date: May 6, 2024
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Tech Upgrades Instructions
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Please download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
Debit Card Holders
If you currently have a Victory Bank debit card, you will receive your new replacement debit card in a white, unmarked envelope by April 29.
Please keep your new card in a safe place until you can activate and start using it on Thursday, May 2.
To activate your new debit card, call the number on the card, 877-965-3344, or visit your local Victory location for support.
NEW Telephone Banking
For balance inquiries, try our new telephone banking available 24 hours a day!
Call 833-990-8877 and use the last four digits of your social security number for your initial pin.
Important Dates for Treasury Management Customers
ACH Origination
April 26 @ 3:00 PM - Final day to submit a file for processing. Must not predate beyond April 29.
May 6 - Functionality returns. You will sign in with your existing user ID. Templates and usernames will transfer to the new system.
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
May 1 - Last day to submit deposits using RDC. During this time, we are happy to pick up any checks that may need to be deposited into your account.
Online Banking
April 29 @ 3 PM - External transfer cut-off. Final day to submit bill pay.
May 1 @ 5 PM - Internal transfer cutoff.
May 6 - Sign in to online banking and download the new app. Utilize your existing user ID to log in to the new Victory Bank online banking and app.

Important Dates
Beginning now through May 6th, 2024, we will be updating our internal systems, online and mobile banking, and delivering new contactless debit cards.
April 12
Keep an Eye Out for Your NEW Victory Bank Debit Card!
For your security, all debit cards will arrive in an unlabeled white envelope. Please hold on to your new card until you can activate it and start using it on May 2.

Bill Payments & External Transfers Temporarily Unavailable
May 1
Mobile Deposits & Internal Transfers Temporarily Unavailable
Mobile deposits must be submitted by 3 PM (CST), and internal transfers must be submitted by 5 PM (CST). Functionality will return on May 6.
May 2
Activate NEW Debit Card
- Current debit cards will work through 8 AM (CST). If you haven't already, shred your old debit card and activate your new debit card by calling 877-965-3344.
- Our ATM will be temporarily unavailable and is anticipated to be back online that evening.
May 6
Log in to Your Online Banking Account & Download NEW Mobile Banking App!
- Our technology updates are officially complete! You can now log in to Online Banking and get our NEW app to check out our new features with your existing user ID.
- Any existing subscribers, payees and scheduled payments will remain in Bill Pay.
