The Victory Bank Story

Three West Texas residents asked how to spur growth in Lubbock, Abilene, and rural West Texas: a former mayor who led his city to economic growth, a banker and rancher who wanted to see businesses truly taken care of by banks, and a finance professional who wanted to support the growth of local businesses, not national banking corporations. And so, Dan Pope, Brett McDowell, and Wyatt Leavell started building Victory Bank.
